CHILD AND FAMILY THERAPY (AGES 5-12)
Our team includes two therapists who provide specialized psychotherapy and counselling services for families as well as play therapy for children 5+. Our therapists can help children and families facing challenges with emotional regulation, social interactions, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. Sessions are designed to meet each child and family’s specific needs and may include individual therapy for children or parents, collaborative parent-child sessions, or family-focused strategies to enhance relationships and overall well-being.

Family Therapy for Youth (13+) & Adults

Couple/Partner Therapy
Our couple/partner therapists can work with you and your partner(s) to identify disconnecting patterns of interaction, heal relational wounds, and create new ways of being in partnership that are grounded in the hopes and desires of everyone involved.
Couples and partners in intimate relationships choose to meet with our therapists for a variety of reasons, including:

Additional Services
Reduced Rate Psychotherapy & Counselling
Master’s Level Training Counsellors are available to provide individual psychotherapy and counselling services at a reduced rate, under the supervision of our experienced therapists.
