Whichever service you choose, our therapists and counsellors are committed to providing a safe and affirming space to focus on what matters most to you. Each member of our counselling team presents a diverse set of skills, knowledge, and experience, as well as a unique style and approach to therapy. Individual Therapy for Youth (13+) & Adults

Our individual therapists are committed to working alongside you in a one-to-one environment to explore what’s troubling you and help you create a new path forward; one that is rooted in your most precious hopes and values for your life.

Child & Family Therapy (from infancy to age 12)

We have two therapists on our team who provide goal-oriented psychotherapy and counselling services for families with children under the age of 12 who are experiencing social, emotional, and/or behavioural challenges; adjustment-related difficulties; as well as other mental health concerns. Additionally, we have therapists who provide services for parents and their infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. One-to-one sessions for both children and caregivers, parent-child sessions, and/or family therapy are all available depending on the concerns as well as the age of the child.

Family Therapy for Youth (13+) & Adults

In addition to our Child & Family Therapy services, we also have therapists available to support youth (13+) and adult family members who are experiencing challenges such as conflict, relationship transitions, and disconnection. Our family therapists can help you navigate these challenges and move towards greater understanding and closeness.

Couple/Partner Therapy

Our couple/partner therapists can work with you and your partner(s) to identify disconnecting patterns of interaction, heal relational wounds, and create new ways of being in partnership that are grounded in the hopes and desires of everyone involved.

Additional Services

Reduced Rate Psychotherapy & Counselling

Master’s Level Training Counsellors are available to provide individual psychotherapy and counselling services at a reduced rate, under the supervision of our experienced therapists.
